Got my first bouquet from Flowers & Plants Co baby post with DPD today. The flowers had been shaken around a bit but in general they were in good condition, they’d been tied into the box and actually looked pretty fresh considering they’d travelled overnight. I am convinced this service works well for people who live outside London. I’ll be using it gain if I need to send something to friends in the future.

Fundamentally good flowers from this florist, even if I’m not convinced completely by their claims to be the best in London. In general the bouquet was good but dominated by cheaper flowers in my opinion and only had 4 of the roses which should have been the dominant flower. Still, not bad for an online florist and gives a good option for sending flowers around the country if needs be.

Good customer service and communication skills, big fan of these people in general. Like the email updates I got, it was useful to know the difference stages of the dispatch and it made me feel confident I knew what was going on. Some companies seem to think people like being left in the dark after they order something. Would definitely send a bouquet again and maybe will order something for my wife in future.
