Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver in London and across the whole of the UK, including Northern Ireland. Wherever you're based, we can get flowers to you. Some locations will require a 2-day service but the majority of the UK is covered by our Next Day service, London same day.

Can I schedule a delivery in advance?

You can schedule a delivery for whenever you like. If you're an early bird and like to tick jobs off your list just get in touch. We're happy to schedule deliveries up to a year in advance.

Can I get same day delivery of flowers and plants?

Within London, yes. We guarantee same day delivery for all London postcodes and make it easy to order. You'll never miss an important occasion again!

Order by 6pm for our guaranteed same day delivery service within London. We cover all London postcodes and some regional postcodes – get in touch if you'd like to make an enquiry regarding same day delivery.

Do you deliver Nationwide?

Our delivery service covers the entire nation from John O' Groats to Jersey. We pride ourselves on being able to bring flowers to everyone, no matter where they live. It also means that if you have relatives across the country you'll always be able to reach out with flowers. Most of the UK is covered by our Next Day delivery service. So, just make your order by 5pm* and we'll get the flowers out to you the very next day.

What are the delivery charges?

We charge £5.99 for our standard delivery, £12.99 for the 3 Hour service and £9.99 for our Morning and Evening service.

Do you deliver Internationally?

We provide international delivery in several EU and worldwide countries. Get in touch with us directly if you'd like to organise a delivery or get a full list of the countries we cover.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

We'll take the bouquet back to our studio and reattempt the delivery the next day. We'll do everything we can to contact customers when our drivers are at the delivery address but sometimes it is necessary to attempt a re-delivery.

Can I change the delivery address after I place my order?

In some cases it is fine to change the delivery address after you've ordered. We all make mistakes and we're happy to amend an order if you let us know in time. This is down to our discretion and we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to change the delivery address. Differing delivery charges apply.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

We can't promise specific delivery times for orders. We are only able to tell you are delivery hours, which are between 9am and 10pm. However, if you'd like to have a specific timeslot, you can purchase our Morning or Evening delivery which will guarantee your flowers are ordered after 7pm an before 12 noon respectively.

Flowers

How do I order flowers?

It's simple – go online or give us a call. Once you've picked the bouquet for you, enter the delivery details and leave a message. Let us know any important points or things to help our delivery drivers. That's it. You can then sit back, relax and we'll do the rest.

Can I add a gift card message?

Yes. And there's no character limit! Your message can be as long or as short as you wish.

Can I order over the phone?

We have phone lines open throughout the day and operators to help you. They can talk you through the ordering process or do the whole thing for you.

Can I order by email?

If you prefer to contact us by email, then fire away. Just pop us a note and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Can I get advice on what's in season?

Our customer service operators are knowledge flower people – they can help you with everything. They can provide info on flowers, seasonal products as well as let you know exactly what we have in stock on any given day.

Can I customise my bouquet?

We're always happy to create custom designs for customers. Just tell us the flowers you'd like to feature in your bouquet and we'll create it for you. Love roses and hydrangeas? We can create a unique design just for you.

Are there size options for the bouquets?

Regular, large and deluxe. Though it is not an exact science, we advise customers that a bouquet will increase in size as per stem counts available on each product.

What are flowers substitutions?

Sometimes it's necessary for us to substitute certain flowers from a bouquet if we don't have them in stock. If this is going to happen we'll always get in touch with the customer first to talk through options. If the substitutions go ahead we'll always keep to the original colour scheme and maintain the design integrity of the bouquet.

What happens if flowers I choose are out of stock?

We'll get in touch to let you know and to provide an option going forward. We can either place an order on-hold until the flowers arrive back in stock or we can substitute certain flowers for a similar alternative.

Are there specific flowers to choose for different occasions?

Yes. We have bouquets designed specifically for various occasion – take a look through the list on our website. Some flowers are traditionally used for certain occasions and if you'd like more information just get in touch.

Can I purchase a vase with my flowers?

It's easy to buy a vase and we have plenty of options. Just chose the one you'd like at the checkout and we'll deliver it to your door.

Do you offer optional extras?

Yes. We have a wonderful range of champagne, chocolates, balloons and vases for you to choose from.

Where do your flowers come from?

Our flowers are sourced from around the globe and come to us directly from growers. We have partners in many countries including Columbia, Ecuador, Israel, Holland and of course the UK. We try to source as much as we can from home-grown suppliers and bring our customers what's in season throughout the year.

Can I request special flowers if you do not stock them?

Yes. We can source some flower varieties out of season at an increased cost. Just get in touch if you'd like to make a request and we'll do our best to find the flowers you want.

Plants

What kind of plant should I buy?

We have a huge selection of plants to choose from, each with different characteristics and individual merits. The choice is yours. Decide whether you want something tropical or temperate, think about where you want to keep you plant and what would suit the style of your home.

Do you stock indoor plants?

Yes. We have hundreds of houseplants to choose from and a brilliant selection of potted species from orchids to olive trees. Drive in and discover a world of plants at your fingertips.

Do you stock outdoor plants?

Though we specialise in houseplants, we do have some outdoor plants available such as palms, olive trees and ferns. Get in touch directly if you'd like more information and to see a full list of outdoor plants.

Can I buy plants as gifts?

We think plants make great gifts and are perfect to mark all kinds of celebrations and events. If you've got a big birthday or anniversary coming up, why not treat someone you love to a pretty, potted plant?

How do I care for my plants?

Discover more about your houseplants by getting in touch with us and using our website. Each plant has slightly different climatic preferences and you'll need to take these into consideration.

Do houseplants like direct sunlight?

Some need direct sunlight and others, aloe vera for example, prefer shady environments. Check with us or online for more information.

My plant is wilting, what should I do?

Make sure to top up the water or consider moving the plant. It may be adversely effected by a draught or sunlight. Get in touch with us if you need more assistance.

Do I need to water my orchids?

Orchids take a lot of moisture from the air and prefer wet environments like a bathroom. It is preferable to water them once a week during the winter and twice during the summer.

How often should I water my plants?

Check with us first or have a look online but most houseplants need to be watered roughly once a week.

Can I get advice on caring for specific plant?

Absolutely. Just get in touch and we'll offer any advice you need. We have plant experts on hand to help!

Payments

How can I pay?

There are a variety of payment options available and we make it easy for you to pay. You can use all standard electronic payments like Visa and Mastercard as well as Apple Pay and Paypal. We discourage cash payments but we can sometimes organise a cash-on-delivery payment if there are extenuating circumstances.

What can I do if there is a problem with payment?

Get I touch with us immediately. If your payment is declined just give us a ring. Our staff will be happy to help you with all payment enquiries and can place manual payments over the phone.

Can I make payment if I am outside the UK?

Yes. Wherever you are in the world, we're here to help. You can make a payment from wherever you are, whatever the time zone. Sometimes international payments will be blocked by providers – if this is the case just get in touch by phone or email and we'll rectify the problem.

Will I get an invoice?

You'll get an invoice with your confirmation email. It will give you a cost breakdown and provide all the information regarding the transaction.

Returns & Refunds

Can I get a refund?

We respond to each complaint individually and assess the problem. We'll always work with you to find the right solution to the problem and we will issue refunds if a serious error has occurred.
