I didn’t particularly like anything I saw on the website so I gave them a call and asked if I could do a sort of ‘design your own’ over the phone. They didn’t sound eminently thrilled about the prospect but said it was fine and fair play to the girl, she did put me on hold to check all the stock and give me an idea of what they had then and there. From that I just picked what I thought sounded good and did a bit of simultaneous Googling to have a look. I then chose the same day delivery, which really wasn’t that dear, and got the bouquet at my home in Covent Garden about 4 or 5 hours later. I originally wanted some Flowers for an Instagram shoot I was doing in Belgravia and needed them delivered to my home first, but then decided it would be easier from the Flowers to be delivered to the shoot location. I changed the address which was painless, thankfully, and the Flowers arrived on time. I just needed them as props so actually took the bouquet apart. It was quite big for the price and provided enough Flowers for my purpose. Thanks a lot Flowers & Plants Co for your help.

I was visiting London with my wife and decided to treat her at the hotel. I ordered the red rose bouquet, R is for Romance I think it was called. The staff on the phone were helpful as my English is not perfect. I gave them the hotel address and asked for the extra payment to be made to include chocolates which I had seen on the website. On that evening we were in our room when the concierge brought up the bouquet and the box of chocolates. It was very quick, I almost thought, how did they do it? But many thanks to Flowers & Plants Co, you did a great job and my wife so very happy.
