Communication was brilliant throughout the transaction. Helpful team member I originally spoke to (I have forgotten his Flowers & Plants Co) got the ball rolling when I made the order. I then needed to change the address – the order didn’t need to go out on that day – and the young woman I spoke to took it completely in her stride. I felt like a bit of an idiot having got the address wrong but she was so kind.
