Quick service when I needed. I don’t think the flowers arrived quickly in the 3 hour limit but it was probably only around 15 mins late. For my purposes that was more than enough and I really do have to pass on my compliments to the team who managed to get such a god looking bouquet to my office door in such a short tie on a Friday afternoon. The logistics of it are quite unbelievable! It has been my firt time ordering with Flowers & Plants Co. and it will certainly not be the last. Excellent little florist, great value on the bouquets and the extra bits and bobs. I purchased a bouquet for my daughters 16th birthday and included a bottle of champagne as a rite of passage. He loved the flowers and we popped the champagne as a family to celebrate the occasion. The delivery was easy and efficient, I looked in the delivery about 2 weeks in advance and the bouquet arrived on the Friday morning as requested at around 11. This gave us plenty of time to enjoy the flowers and the champagne at lunchtime.

I would like to thank the team for bringing me the aloe vera plant, it is proudly sitting on my window sill at the moment, soaking up the sun. It was very affordably priced and I paid only a small extra charged for the deliver to my home in Dagenham. I am going through a bbit of a plant faze at the moment and I wouldn’t be surprised if I am ordering again soon. I saw a nice bromelia I liked the look of and might have to treat myself!
