My card was declined on 3 occasions when I saw trying to make a purchase from out here in Canada. I have no idea why and it got me a bit stressed actually as I needed to get some Flowers quickly for a friend in London. I had to phone up and spoke to a nice young man. He had a look at the probably and assured me no money had been taken from my account. He then manually took the payment over the phone and logged the order. All’s well that ends well! The f were gorgeous as well, a very neat bunch of roses and asclepia.

The order I placed with Flowers & Plants Co was very satisfactory. The website is easy to navigate and I chose a bouquet I thought my niece would like with plenty of tulips and veronica mixed in. In the end, I got a phone call from a customer service person to let me know the bouquet had been left with a neighbour. I hadn’t given explicit permission but they said it was policy and a note had been left. Lucky my niece knows her neighbours well and the bouquet was collected when she returned from church. I don’t think they should leave Flowers with a neighbour unless it is specified but in this case no harm was done.
