Beautifully presented bouquet and my wife loved it. In that respect, t’s job done. The local florist has obviously been closed recently and although I really do feel for them, Flowers & Plants Co. do offer another kind of floristry and a much better service. I received the kind of bouquet would usually get from the local florists but got free delivery and a £10 discount for my next purchase. Great level of customer service and a cracking bouquet at the end of it. I initially had a little bit of trouble with the ordering process and phoned up the hotline as it’s always easy to have the professionals do the ordering for you. In the end I would say the bouquet was a 9/10 and looked fabulous. Ii great mix of alstroemeria, roses, gypsophila and some other things I didn’t recognise. The bouquet was for my girlfriend and when I met her at Victoria and gave her the bouquet she almost cried on the concourse. What a result! Many thanks Flowers & Plants Co!

I like the fact Flowers & Plants Co. let you essentially design your own bouquet with a full kind of pick-n-mix style deal. I just rung up the people on the phone and told them exactly what I wanted from the bouquet. They literally put me on hold and told me exactly what they had in the store and I picked it from there. It was so nice to play the florist when often I find these kind of companies are quit stick and rigid with their service. It shows Flowers & Plants Co. and a cut above and don’t mind spending a bit more time on each individual customer – I really appreciate that.
