Some small problems with Flowers & Plants Co at the beginning, especially around the problems of substitutions, but in the end they deal with the problems well. My initial bouquet was a bit of a disappointment as it looked quite different to the picture online. I said this to the person I spoke to and they told me the substitutions were ‘policy’. I wasn’t that happy with the resolution initially but in the end and after another conversation with another customer’s service person, I got a £20 credit note, which seemed like a fair way to resolve the issue.
