Very friendly woman I spoke to on the phone – gave a very good first impression of this company and gave me the confidence to go ahead with the order. I have been done over by too many companies online and when I’m spending quite a bit of money on something I want it to be good quality. The flowers were for my mother-in-law’s birthday and she really liked them. I got a bunch of carnations and roses and everyone said how lovely they looked. I feel you can tell a good florist from their website. The Flowers & Plants Co. website is as slick as anything I’ve seen before online. Very easy to navigate and really user friendly. The products they have on there are nice as well, good variety, plenty of colour and some brilliant weekly deals. They seem pretty much like the complete package. I went for the romantic rose bouquet for my wife’s birthday and thought it was pricy, the presentation was perfect. She went into overdrive when she saw it, she was very happy to say the least.
